OK, I’m glad to be back blogging again. I don’t like to write when I’m sad and I was pretty sad last week, but now I’m back in better spirits again.  I have begun writing again and hope that I can put together some pieces and get them up on youtube soon. They are just short little character bits that I came up with. They are totally random and very different from one another, but I’m going to try and work on them this weekend.

I’ve been a real pisser about working on the cesspools project that I’ve been doing, but hope to get a little work done on that too this weekend. I decided to update the Mac that I’m using to run pro tools on and haven’t reinstalled Pro Tools on it yet.

I would like to do some video blogs, not because i’m a narcissist, but because I would like people to see how insane Eazy (my huge ass black cat) gets when I sit down and start typing on my laptop. His eyes dilate like tweaker on a 4 day meth bender and he goes through a series of energy bursts that last anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes before curling up on the back of the couch so he can sniff and bite my hair. The other 23 hours and 40 minutes he’s pretty chill.

Expecting 2 metric shitloads of snow this sometime between now and tomorrow night…I’m planning on attending hockey saturday night since I have tickets in a lux suite thanks to an unknown company who doesn’t want to be seen enjoying the fruits of their labor since they are under government scrutiny. I don’t know why they care…the government is scrutinized regularly and that doesn’t stop them from dining on our dime.  It’s a nice gesture and I’m happy to enjoy the perks.

Tom Green is also performing in town this weekend, but I’m still not sure if I’ll get to go see him. I may make that call tomorrow to and add that to the weekend.

Well thanksgiving has come and gone and tomorrow I will head back into the office. The 4 day weekend would have been better had I not been sick for 3 of them. I decided to do some cleaning, but was cheap and didn’t just go buy a new filter for my vacuum. Instead thought I could knock out some of the crap and get a little more life out of the current filter. That pretty much created the mushroom dust cloud in my living room that set off WWIII in my sinuses.

I have been working on a song for The Cesspools for a little over a week now and should be ready to record the 2nd guitars and vocals for the demo soon. It doesn’t look like I will have much time this week to work on The Cesspools, but next week is looking brighter! The paying job and school will keep me busy for the next 7 days!
