Music City Lunch
Today I got out for lunch and went to Paradise Park for a cheesy greasy. There was a band rehearsing in the bar area next door so I was entertained with Cheap Trick’s I Want You to Want Me, about 8 times in a row. The band was so-so, drummer was pretty solid, I think they were learning the song though. A homeless guy approached me on my way to lunch and gave me a sad story then asked for $12 so he could get a meal…I didn’t have cash but said I’d bring him a burger and he then got picky telling me he didn’t eat hamburgers. I guess beggars can be choosers…he chose to move on.
The workouts are still going strong, I’ve managed to make it at least every other day so far this year. I’m also continuing writing this Cesspools record and can record soon. I’m in the process of moving pro tools over to the mac and should have it all up and running tonight finally!
I’ve been listening to The Cars alot so we’ll have to see if I’m influenced by that in my writing.
